United Way in Southern Litchfield County
Improving lives and our communities
United Way in Southern Litchfield County works within the towns of Bridgewater, Kent, New Milford, Roxbury, Sherman, Warren and Washington.
To have the most effective long-term impact within these towns, United Way invests in local programs making a measurable difference, and convenes the community to bring action to local issues. United Way of Western Connecticut focuses on the most pressing needs in our communities and provides the resources -- human, financial and technical -- to get to the heart of problems.
Making a Difference in Southern Litchfield County
Through our Community Impact Fund, we distributed $144,250 dollars to 27 programs run by 16 local nonprofit health and human services agencies throughout the seven town area of Southern Litchfield.
