2007 Appreciation Breakfast

The United Way of Western Connecticut in Stamford recognized its top three Corporate Campaigns and an outstanding community leader at this year’s Community Investment Appreciation Breakfast.

GE, P&G Beauty and Genworth received the Chairman’s Award for conducting innovative campaigns that resulted in the most dollars raised in the areas of Employee Contributions and Corporate Gifts. Janet W. Evans, a United Way board member, received the Thomas F. Richardson President’s Award for her lifelong involvement with the United Way and her contributions to the entire Stamford community.
