DANBURY - To encourage charitable giving through the end of the year including and beyond hurricane relief, Congress has enacted KETRA, the Katrina Emergency Tax Relief Act of 2005. KETRA provides unique incentives for additional charitable giving until December 31, 2005 for qualified charities such as United Way of Northern Fairfield County.
