Small Business United

Small Business United Logo

Founded in 2022 in celebration of United Way of Western Connecticut’s 80th Anniversary, Small Business United is focused on uniting small businesses within a 15-town region. Small Business United supports United Way’s mission and programs to fight for the health, education, and financial stability of every person in our community. Every dollar invested in Small Business United empowers low-to-moderate income families to thrive.

Philanthropy

Small Business United offers three levels of partnership starting with annual commitments of $365 or $1 per day, with the option to amortize payments monthly. Partners can also choose to enroll as “Evergreen” to ensure their partnership is renewed automatically.

Impact

Small Businesses support United Way’s mission to fight for the health, education and financial stability of every person in our community. This includes the 15-town region that encompasses Stamford, Greater Danbury, and Greater New Milford.

Networking

Small Business United partners enjoy networking events with fellow small business owners. Opportunities to connect include an annual networking social, invitations to United Way events, and a private Facebook group.

SMALL BUSINESS UNITED BENEFITS

Our Small Business United partners are integral to our mission and are vital to meeting the needs of our community. We have created an inclusive program with three levels of support to choose from, beginning as low as $1 per day. No matter the level, the support is irreplaceable and the impact immeasurable.
